It does what a remote is supposed to to. Remotely operate the unit it was meant for. The remote that came with the Zidoo Z9X Pro is pathetic. It looks exactly the same but you practically have to shove it inside the player for it to work. The V12 just works. Point and click, the player responds. Now I'm happy with the Z9X Pro.

The bluetooth works fine once the player is on (I have a Z9X Pro). However, you cannot turn the player on via bluetooth, only direct line of sight with IR like a traditional remote. That makes the bluetooth largely pointless. This is a mind-boggling design choice. Why would you need the bluetooth if you have to use the IR function?

Bluetooth connection is poor. There is no instructions on how to connect to player using IR. Backlight does not work. Horrible quality control

Works as intended

Funktioniert gut mit dem Zidoo Z30 Pro 8k. Via Infrarot funktionierte sie direkt. Die Kopplung via Bluetooth ist auf der Rückseite (in Minischrift, englisch) beschrieben, bei mir klappte sie beim 2. Versuch. Ansonsten entspricht sie der mitgelieferten Infrarot-FB, nur dass sie eben auch Bluetooth kann. Der einzige Unterschied, der mir auffällt, ist die Fareb der beiden obersten Tasten (An/Aus und Quelle), die hier grün sind. Es gibt also keine Umstellung bei der Nutzung beider Fernbedienungen, was positiv ist. Selbst das Anschalten funktioniert anscheinend ohne Sichtverbindung, auch wenn ich eben zwei Anläuft brauchte. Beim nächsten Versuch klappte es aber sofort. Ich werde das beobachten und hier reinschreiben, falls fürs Einschalten doch eine Sichtverbindung / Infrarot notwendig ist; mich würde es nicht stören, aber für diejenigen, die das Gerät im verschlossenen Schrank haben, wäre das ja ungünstig.

Endlich kann die Wohnzimmer Schrank Tür zu bleiben, denn mit der Fernbedienung kann ich meine Zidoo z9x 8k starten ohne sicht kontakt. Die Beleuchtung der Fernbedienung ist auch klasse, kann man per Knopfdruck an und ausschalten.
