It works very well
It’s finally installed, and the results are excellent. I particularly love the automatic cleaning feature. The noise level isn't too high, either. The touch-sensitive controls for switching it on and off are incredibly responsive.

Superb, and bit noisy when on high
Power: Superb. It sucks the vapor so well that it's visible. Pricing: Reasonable Noise: Low is not too noisy, but high is like an airplane taking off. Not a problem for me when I start with high first, then low afterward.

DIY
If you are considering this unit from Amazon, you are probably thinking of DIY. However, the unit is mostly intended for professional installation which does not include detailed unit dimensions, cut out template , or detailed step by step instructions. But it is doable since I installed it all by myself without any help. Professional installation normally uses two people. The following may help: 1. Download from the web the unit dimensions for hanging holes and 6” duct outlet and some general installation instructions. 2. Check your cabinet dimensions against the hanging hole locations. If the cabinet is of tongue and groove construction , the hanging holes are only 5/16” from the inside face of the cabinet wall. I used 1/4” machine screw with washers and nuts instead of the included wood screws. Chipped out a bit of cabinet wall for washers. It is that close. 3. Build a platform to protect the range and shelves for using car jack to rise up the hood. The unit is of stainless steel construction with an off white protection film to be removed after installation, do not mistake it as of different color or material. This is a very good hood with reasonable price, enough suction capacity, and less noise level at high speed then other hoods I had before. Auto cleaning feature is a plus.

Works well & excellent customer service
So, we got a new range hood for my parents’ apartment after some renovations. But guess what? After we put it in, it didn’t turn on! We reached out to the seller, and they were super quick to get back to us. Since they live in the same city as my parents, they sent a tech to fix it. And the best part? It’s under warranty, so we didn’t have to pay anything. Now, it’s working like a charm, and we’re so happy with our new purchase!

Pros and Cons. Overall: Satisfied
After using it for about 3 months I am overall pleased with the range. However it does have some issues which I want to go over real quick in case it helps anyone else. Firstly, the pros of the range is that the suction and power is super strong. Previous to this range, I bought a Hauslane PS18 which was similar in price however it had an issue of blowing air back towards the stove from the fans. I’m not sure if it was a design flaw or what. So I returned that and after doing research I bought this Pacific model. The blowback on this is very little to none. Which is good. Like I said before, the main good thing about this is that the power and suction is super strong. It does a good job getting rid of the smell for its size. However, there will be lingering smell which is normal with under cabinet range hoods. Obviously it’s not a wall mount chimney style range hood. Cons: the first thing that was an instant issue is that it doesn’t come with a plug. I attached a photo and in that photo you can see 3 wires coming out the top. So essentially I used my own plug and tied the wires together in order for it to work etc. however I was told that this is normal due to different types of set ups for different kitchens etc. Second issue I faced was that after installing the plug and plugging it in a socket. It didn’t turn on… so I was stuck doing research for 1 week as to why and I ended up using a hand held electric checker thingy that checks if there is electric flow. I held it towards the plug and it beeped which meant the plug was tied correctly. I then held it towards the panel buttons, and there was no beeping meaning it wasn’t getting electricity towards the on/off buttons. So I opened the bottom cover and I gently pulled the wires near the buttons to see if a wire is loose. And there was indeed a loose wire that wasn’t plugged into its connector. So I went ahead and plugged it in and the buttons were finally working. Regarding the noise level, it’s pretty loud but not a deal breaker. If anything, it shows its fan power. Overall, I’m happy with it. Obviously it’s an under cabinet range hood which won’t completely get rid of all the smell. For something even more powerful I think the only other option is one of those big range hoods.
