Works great for my purpose even with a slight modification
I bought a 4 rod holder for a 2" receiver and wanted to use it on my golf cart as we live next to a marina channel. It arrived but would not work in its original shape as the large loop on it hit the underside of the rear step. I removed the large loop and it works great for my purposes. It is very well made and I recommend it.

Last forever
Bought it and welded to my camper bumper for a hitch. Works great. Very strong very good metal to weld. Last forever

Great for our garden tractor
We've got a 2000 Craftsman GT garden tractor with a sleeve hitch on the back. The bracket for the sleeve hitch is much stronger than the sheetmetal where most install a ball; mounting this receiver to the sleeve hitch has worked out great. We tow a little trailer around our property with this, and have used the loop on top to connect a chain and drag logs. With one bolt holding it to the bracket, it does move around a lot even with a nylock nut on the mounting bolt. Expected behavior and we'll just fix that with a bolt on either side of it to limit movement.

Moves due to single mountingg point.
The quality is good but I gave this 3 stars because with a single bolt the receiver moves with weight in a trailer. I tightened the bolt by hand and with an impact gun. However, the bolt would still allow the receiver to slip and spin. I ended up welding it to another bracket and it works great now, but as designed with a single bolt mount it would continue to be problematic.

Exactly what I wanted to attach my winch to my tractor bucket. Simgle bolt allows it to swivel. It's plenty sturdy for my needs. I would bye again and recommended.
