Grandstream GXP2135 8 Line / 4 Account SIP IP Phone, Inc PSU

This is the second of these IP phones I have bought, which are installed on a FreePBX system. Setup is OK if you know what you're doing, but as with most IP telephony kit there are way more features than generally needed and mostly for backwards compatibility. A quick start or FreePBX wizard would be a good enhancement to the web based admin/setup console. Will buy again and would recommend.

I'm sold, moving my phone line to VoIP.

This is a great office phone. It's what I use for all my business calls. It integrates very well with our 3cx system. That said, this phone was a bit of a nightmare to configure in comparison to some of the competitor IP phones... still - I like it!

The phone does exactly what I wanted and probably more! It arrived on time and in brand new unopened packaging. I'm running it 24/7 so time will tell on reliability, but at the moment it looks good. I have one line (Account) going off site using NAT and one Line direct to the local asterisk PABX, and it all just worked in 10 minutes

Works as expected

I've been using the same NEC switchboard for the business for over 15 years... the previous one exploded in a thunderstorm. This handset fits perfectly with the new Grandstream switchboard and this phone is fantastic, sounds excellent and does everything I want, which is a lot... (Answer machine, voice prompts, call queues, on-hold music... automatic day/night mode, automatic holiday mode... the list goes on...)

compre dos teléfonos y uno no funciona, mi empresa es de atención telefónica y nos esta ocasionando muchos perjuicios, ya que no hay manera de comunicarse con el vendedor para efectuar un cambio. Necesito solucionar urgente este problema y no se como.

Perfect phone system for most installs. Works great, easy to use, good sound quality. Would buy again, would recommend.

Habe dieses Telefon zur Ergänzung an meiner FRITZ!Box und 2 Mobilteilen, die bei Frau und Tochter immer wieder mal ... nicht auffindbar sind. Somit sind wir schon bei den Vorteilen dieses Telefons - es befindet sich immer (!) am Ende des Kabels und muss nie (!) gesucht werden. Ich konnte problemlos jede meiner 4 Festnetznummern separat einbinden und mein Mobiltelefon per Bluetooth ankoppeln. Wenn man das tut und in den Einstellungen für Bluetooth "Freisprechen" aktiviert kann man eingehende Handy-Anrufe in bester Qualität am Standgerät entgegennehmen. Ich finde das ziemlich cool. Ich bin mir sicher dass ich bisher nur einen Bruchteil der Möglichkeiten dieses Telefons erschlossen habe. Auch ohne tiefes VoIP Expertenwissen gelingt die Einbindung an der FRITZ!Box. Ich bin nicht mutig genug das Telefon direkt ans Internet zu hängen da es sehr viele Einstellmöglichkeiten gibt von denen ich noch nie gehört habe und ich nicht weiß was sie machen. Simple Dinge die bei anderen Geräten mit Web-Oberfläche per 1x Mausklicken erledigt werden können, z.B. Firmwareupdate, gehen nicht so leicht von der Hand. Es funktionierte am Ende indem ich die Firmware auf meinen privaten (lokalen) Webserver hochgeladen und die Adresse im Telefon eingetragen hatte. Von diesen Überraschungen bietet das Telefon noch mehr. Insgesamt bin ich sehr angetan von diesem Gerät dessen Kaufpreis ich für gerechtfertigt halte.
