Easy on my stomach. Great quality product. I notice when I don’t take it my anxiety is worse. Definitely effective at helping control mood swings. I’ve taken this product for over 2 years and have no complaints.

I like the brand itself, but didn’t check medical test is that helpful or not, but berberine itself reduce my insulin resistance from 7 to 2.9 in a 6 month and also I have used the Inositol myro D with that and Alpha lipoic acid. So you can try. I am using it consistent.

It may be too effective. Whenever I take it I get symptoms of low blood sugar, dizzy, shaky et. I have not measured with a meter but it does seem to produce this effect rather quickly in me and I need to eat something with sugar to balance myself out. I think this is a good and reputable product and everyone responds differently so this is no reflection on the product just a description of my experience in case any one else has this same effect. Quality products. I gave it 3 stars because the yellow color ingredients upset my acid reflux. I had to stop taking two a day for over 30 days. Once I resumed the product to avoid an upset stomach I take one before 8:00 am and again after 12:30 pm. It’s an okay way to reduce blood sugar along with a proper diet and regular exercise.
