Pho, yes please!
This base made the best pho broth!! It was very soothing and the perfect blend of spice and salt!! It was super easy to put together and excellent value price the price. I will definitely order again!

The flavoring is amazing, they mix it with lard, so if you’re like me and throwing together a pork noodle bowl, the Quoc Viet Foods Pork Flavored Soup Base tastes like the broth you’ve been cooking for 8 hours in the crockpot. The broth is what you would imagine if you picture the perfect pork broth. I cannot say enough good things, just you gotta try it! I’m looking forward to trying the beef (I’m hoping with tallow) and the chicken….with duck fat? I guess I’ll see! Just go buy it. Or any of the other flavors (if they are as good as the pork)

Love it just a teaspoon with do to a pot of cream of crab soup. I also added it to my Alfredo sauce delish!

Lots of sugar
Oh this base is pure sugar! Have to throw it away. I did look at the ingredients but was looking for gluten, not sugar. That is on me.

Really enjoy it. Adds a lemony taste. No overpowering shrimp paste taste. Need to be used combine to a regular pho broth. Would not recommend on its own
