The last order I received was expired. Do these have plenty of shelf life?

The product shelf life is 3 years and fulfilled by Amazon, so the product from our store is always new. Now the product in the inventory is produced on 13 June 2018 and will expire on 11 June 2021. Hope it help.

Are these extra strength like regular or more effective
