Very happy, so far. No issues.I just don't know exactly how to clean it, as there are two different opinions online.Two years update:This sturdy trimmer has been used every other day for over two years now.Still worked like in the very first day.Battery last forever (a year or so). Please check your battery expiry date, as this will be the only reason to be replaced.Unfortunately, recently I lost my trimmer head somehow. Contacted customer service and they've sent me a brand trimmer head, free of charge, free delivery.I can't thank them enough and I'm so happy to use my trimmer again.5* service, best Customer service so far.BTW the cleaning it's very simple: just rinse under water. Don't open or remove anything for cleaning.Jan 2023Still in use, still works great. Compact, eficient.I love it !

It does what says in the description. It cuts hairs from nose and ears.

Excellent product

My copy was faulty from the outset. The On/Off switch failed to switch on consistently. Sometimes it didn't come on at all, other times it would come on provided you held constant pressure on the switch. Faulty contacts, I guess.Shame, because the small internal light and comfort of use were otherwise good, and it was comfortable to use.Update: although the unit was not functional, I have to say that the company's customer service to honour the Lifetime guarantee was staggeringly good. I'd missed the Amazon return window, and contacted the company directly. I bought this in the UK, but the company are in the US, and I feared they would not honour it. I was wrong: within an hour of my first email, I was contacted back, given the procedure for claiming, and had a UPS shipment notification. I cannot applaud them enough.It will remain to be seen whether the new unit functions!
