They are made of a sturdy, stiff, high quality cardboard material so they held their shape even when pusehed them into a ice fream cake that we just took out of the freezer. We used them as decoration for a Wild Kratts themed birthday cake. They worked perfectly. I am sure they would work great as cupcake toppers as intended too. Would recommend.

Missing toppers , I only received wrappers. My son's party is Saturday. Very disappointed with product. I have to keep the wrappers to at least have something what a waste.

These were a little different then ones I have bought in the past. They have glue dots that hold paper on the toothpick, I don’t like that. The paper that does around the bottom that the icing was sitting on the paper.
