Adding a couple of drops to peeled oranges in water will remove the pith in 24 to 48 hours. Add more product to speed up the process

This did not work. I used as instructions to clear homemade juice . It weakened the flavour and when strained the juice was still cloudy.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, da ich in der Vergangenheit schonmal mit Pectinase Pulver experimentiert hatte, die Ergebnisse aber nicht gut waren. Im Vergleich dazu, ist dieses Produkt mega und tut genau was es soll. Ich schäle zwei Orangen, lege die in Wasser, tröpfle ein paar Tropfen Pectinex hinein und warte ein paar Stunden...die Orangenfilets sind hinterher wie die aus der Dose, perfekt und quasi von der weißen Haut befreit. Abspülen, genießen :)
