Do you just twist the old one and screw in the new one (and reset the electronic counter?)** A: Yes, just unscrew the old filter, no need to turn the water off as the filter head has a non return valve inside, then simply screw new filter in, you will get hiss as the filter pressurises as you screw the last few threads, only tighten hand tight! Then flush through about 3 litres, it will splutter a bit as it gets the air out. I use only Grohe red for boiling water. Therefore only reset once I have changed the filter! I use hot and cold water as I would normally. **Q: I have a grohe blue 600 the filter that has arrived is a lot smaller. will it still work or should i reorder?** A: It should work, ours did. It just appears to be smaller but does the same job and of course takes up less room. I have tried all sizes as they are interchangeable. They do the job well, but are expensive.
