I bought this item 4/5 months ago and my motor isnt working. How would i claim my warranty to get this replacemed or fixed?

I cant answer but my motor packed up very quickly too

Does this need plumbing in?

No it doesn’t. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up.

Absolutely fuming, only had product since 17th and spin is broke and no way to get hold of seller!!

I get your annoyed, but not really a question is it..start a return and send it back. If the return window has shut, contact amazon via chat method and tell them you want to return, they'll sort it for you.

Can anyone please tell me how many litres of water this uses? We have water restrictions because of a drought so I need something water-efficient

I have a similar unit and it uses 14 to 16 Liters per fill. You need to rinse a couple of times so that would use a further 14 to 16 Liters each time.
