Great product, cannot complain

Delivered is what was ordered. But what did I order? Generally: The problem is, you need to know what it is before you order, but you cant know if that "stuff" works for you before you try, and then its too late. So better order that only when someone tells you their experience with the "stuff". Then hope it works for you the same it worked for this someone. If you order on your own intention: Wrong "stuff" wrong applied can hurt you. And that is an experience I can tell about, have seen it. We had one successfull application with products from this brand, so we hope it will work with this product too.

Haven’t used yet however, product was leaking and seal is broken. Looks like a refilled bottle. Very dodgy.

"TOO BAD..some of the items this seller sent was the wrong item, so I contacted them asked to be sent the correct one. The seller demanded I return the whole order despite telling them I wanted to keep the rest of the items. They said they will refund order & shipping cost. Following numerous amounts of emails they refunded the cost of the order but NOT the shipping cost as promised. Never again!!!"

Best shampoo period! Use it to neutralize after relaxing and also just as a regular shampoo. I’ve used it as a regular shampoo for over 10 years with no issue. Very mild and leaves hair soft.

Great for my hair

Great shampoo, a large bottle that will definitely last me over a year, well priced for the quantity. Delivery was very fast too, came before the estimated date. This shampoo is the best normalizing one I've found, it doesn't strip the hair like the ORS one does and has a mild gentle scent which isn't overpowering. I will be using it to clarify my hair every 6 weeks from build up as well as on relaxer day, usually I find clarifying shampoos harsh but this isn't.
