I extensively read all the negative reviews about the product being too big, uncomfortable etc etc. So my expectations were managed from the outset. My experience has been very good. You are never going to get a nasal airway device that is super comfortable and snug, I suspect that if it was it wouldn’t be very effectI’ve keeping the passages open. Yes it feels a bit large and there is some degree of discomfort when inserted, but you simply need to accept it and move on, you will learn to accept the feeling soon enough. It does what it needs to do very effectively, it keeps your nasal passages wide open and it doesn’t fall out in the middle of the night. For me it works really well, and although it doesn’t completely stop the possibility of snoring it definitely reduces the amount I snore significantly. If you are very sensitive to discomfort of any kind, it may not be for you, but it works well for me.
