Received this cuff today as a replacement for the original one on my Omron 7150 monitor which had been showing a lot of E1 errors of late. It fits the monitor very well with the large blue attachment tip included with the cuff. (A total of 6 are included.) This cuff appears to be of good quality albeit of lighter weight than the original, which is fine with me. It is comfortable and easy to apply while the original Omron cuff was a bit stiff, possibly from aging. I've only used this one once so far but it worked smoothly and seems to be pretty accurate. I awarded only 4 stars because I have no way of discerning its longevity at this time.

My heart doctor suggested that I buy a new cuff. I didn't even know that was a possibility. It fit on my Omron blood pressure machine. I used the previous adapter however the cuff comes with adapters. So far it works fine. It can expand larger than the previous cuff.

This replacement matched the quality of the original, and one of its included adapters created a perfect seal with the meter.A quick check showed that one of the other adapters was correct for the house-brand meter that I had been using so I suspect that the kit is universal.The next day, I visited the staff at Kaiser, and they confirmed that the new cuff produced readings consistent with their stethoscope measurements.My arms are thin, and this cuff was longer than I needed, so it should easily accommodate much larger individuals.If you haven’t been using a home meter regularly, it’s worth checking with professionals. The latest guidelines include more detailed instructions on posture, positioning, and resting time. Following those steps will ensure your home readings match the results obtained by clinicians who now follow the same standards.

Cheaply made, can be hard to use as the metal bit that slides the band to length gets misaligned frequently causing bunching but you get what you pay for. Does function for blood pressure monitoring when you are able to get it to properly fit and align.
