Better than loops!
Brilliant earplugs! My partner is a very loud snorer so I’ve been wearing earplugs for a few years. I started with disposable foam ones, then got the loop quiet, then the loop dream which were great until they started sliding out my ears at night which is as disruptive as the snoring, and I was also waking up with painful ears from them. Then I saw these alpine earplugs and the reviews were great so thought I’d give them a go. I got the multi size pack as I wasn’t sure which would be best for me. I started with the larger ones but have actually got on better with the smaller ones. They’re so comfy to sleep in, I don’t feel them at all. And they block out most of the snoring which is great. They don’t seem to block the noise quite as well as the loops, but they are so much more comfortable and don’t slide out my ears so I seem to sleep better with them even if the noise reduction isn’t quite as much. I’ll definitely be buying these again!

VERY effective AND comfortable, BUT 100 night use limit is the only very small let down.
With ear plugs, it is important to remember that any review is subjective. I say that because if I had taken heed of the negative reviews of these selfies ear plugs, I wouldn’t have taken a chance of them. Now I have tried many ear plugs, from, to unbranded, to foam and many variations of the alpine brand. When I say these reviews are subject you need to remember that reviews of ear plugs are VERY much down to personal preferences and different ear types. For example it wasn’t until I tried many many different ear plugs that I even know that my left ear canal is much smaller and narrower than the right. To the point that in the left, I struggle to fit even small ear plugs comfortably. Some of the negative reviews of these Apline sleep Deep had out me off, but I was at the point I was tired of my left ear canal throbbing after a few days. So for the sake of £13 I eventually caved and decided my peace and quiet was worth a punt for that price. I’M REALLY GLAD I DID. most other ear plugs I had tried, including other Alpine ones either fell out, didn’t cut enough noise out and fell out midway through the night. These SLEEP DEEP ones, in size small for my left ear and medium for the right, cut out so much more noise I was amazed. They claim on the lack they cut out up to 27db. They certainly cut the most noise out of any other earplug I’ve tried. (I’ve tried multiple Loop variations, foam ones, silicone ones and other Alpine ones). Most important they didn’t hurt my left ear canal after use AND what’s more they didn’t fall out overnight like ALL other ear plugs I tried. So in summary: Excellent noise reduction. - but bear in mind everyone’s ear canal, is different and so they may not fit you the same as they did me The small is great for people with tiny ear canals Comfortable and did not hurt my ears during or after use. Worked very well for me as a side sleeper Don’t fall out over night. My ONLY niggle, which is why I only gave four stars, is that they’re marketed with a 100 night use. Time will tell if they last longer. But I throughly recommend these.

Useless
So disapointed as tgis gets good reviews but it is totally useless. Neither size cutss out any noise. I waanted to try as cheaper to use reusable than my usual Hush Plugz but they haave gone straight in bin and back to Hush Plugz tonight. save your money and but moldable disposable silicon plugs which actuaally work

Works a dream
I very rarely post reviews but I just had to on this product — to reassure anyone who’s been going through similar to my husband and I. We haven’t shared a bed in over a year due to his incessant and loud snoring, and my quality of sleep was severely impacted. Since using the ear plugs, we have been able to share a bed again and my quality of sleep has massively improved. They are incredibly comfortable and sit in the ear really well. I’m a side sleeper and there is no issue with sleeping on my side when using these as they are super soft and the quality vs cost cannot be compared. I’ve used loops in the past and they do not touch these. They don’t fall out if you put them in correctly and I believe that they should last for 100 sleeps? I’ve been using them for a month now with no issues. They come with a small carry case to keep them in so was able to take them on holiday recently too.

A great find after trying many other brands.
My wife needs earplugs to sleep and we have gone through brand after brand trying to find one that she finds comfortable and that does what it is meant to do, block out the noise. To quote her "these are the best earplugs I have ever had". Going forward, this will be our go to brand even if only one of the sizes in the pack is suitable for her.

Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied
Not the worst product but unfortunately it doesn't help eliminate the noise I hoped it will help me with. It's a constant buzzing/humming of a gadget in my bedroom from my upstairs neighbour which disturb my sleep.... it is okay to eliminate other types of noise like traffic, noisy neighbours etc.

Not the best
I did not find these were very good. I ordered the multi pack size as was not sure what size I needed. The small is tiny, I would say for a child. They are comfortable to wear when sleeping but did not reduce noise very much at all, I have stopped using them as I brought them for a quiet night sleep and they did not help at all.

As effective and more comfortable than a much more expensive brand
I previously used Bollsen earplugs which I found comfortable and effective, but I thought I would see if a cheaper brand was comparable. I did a fairly unscientific test of wearing these new Alpine earplugs and listening to a song on my phone. I compared the Bollsen to the Alpine by adjusting the volume until I couldn't hear the song and found that there was very little difference between the two. I would say the Bollsen reduce noise by perhaps a few decibels more (less than one press of the volume button). That being said, I have worn the Bollsen many times, so they have conformed to my ears, and the Alpine are still brand new, so I suspect in a couple of weeks there will be no difference. Regardless, I actually find the Alpine pair more comfortable and hardly notice them at all, even as a side sleeper. They also stay in very well. I ended up using the M/L size, but I actually think I could probably get away with using the smaller ones as well. These are significantly cheaper than the Bollsen, which are £27 each, or less if you are willing to multi-buy and they are on sale (usually £16 per pair at the cheapest). I will be saving my money and sticking with these Alpine in future! Regarding those who have rated these earplugs poorly, it may be an issue of sizing, improper insertion, or not realising that earplugs simply do not block out all sound (and you wouldn't really want them to in case of emergency)! They significantly reduce most disruptive noises, including my fan and traffic outside. For insertion, I like to do a test. After I insert earplugs I rub my thumb and fingers together (kind of the 'money' gesture) and hold it up to my ears. If I can hear it, they are not inserted correctly and I try to adjust them.

W zestawie wygodne etui

Beware of getting these stuck in your ear.
Without a doubt one of the worst pieces of tat that I have had the misfortune to buy on Amazon. Not worth its money. The silicone options are much better. Per instructions it recommends using the smaller size first. I ended up trying them once and got one of the plugs stuck in my ear. I ended up having to get the cabin attendant on the flight i was one, to open up their first aid kit to get a tweezers to pull it out. I threw them straight into the bin subsequently. Design wise the small tag that should aid removing the tips is insufficient in length.

Perfect for side sleepers!
Love these! I’m a side sleeper with very sensitive ears and I can’t feel them at all when I’m on my side. I bought these just for the every now and then but now I find myself sleeping with them in most nights. Cut the noise well and are comfy👍🏻 I bought the two size pack and found that the smaller ones fit me better
