Just how described. This is a beautiful set for Keroppi . I bought this for my daughter's birthday and she was obsessed with them.It made my daughter's day. The quality and the size is great . It doesn't feels cheap or easy to pop or rip. They are beautiful 😍

Keroppi was exactly what we ordered

The birthday banner was missing an R and I got a second B so my banner spelled out “happy bibthday”. The cake topper is very small and not at all as shown. Additionally the whites of the eyes for keroppi on the balloons were not white… so they don’t look good
