Can i used these to replace my Safety glasses?

No I don't think you can. These glasses are for listening music ect. Via Bluetooth.

Are these hands free to make a call?

Unfortunately, you have to make the call from the phone. Or through your iPad then you may talk through the sunglasses themselves at least that is with Apple products. I also have found that redialing the last number called is possible through the sunglasses or Siri can call the number

Do they fit over prescription glasses?

Not this model. But our new coming model will be.
