Review: A brilliant bag - I was skeptic about this bag having seen the price and what it purported to do but I took a punt on it and it is one of the best bags I’ve had. ##### Use ##### As a photographer I have a main camera bag to carry my equipment around in but when I can leave it at my office I use this bag to bring home my laptop (13inch version) iPad and chargers. It does this perfectly with some room to spare - the two pockets it has help to separate out the smaller items if necessary. ##### Build ##### The build is lightweight material similar to that of a light waterproof coat so it’s not heavy. The stitching is not scrappy and is well put together – even with my laptop and iPad in it doesn’t feel like it’s about to fall apart. There are a couple of mesh pockets on the side that have enough elasticity in them to keep things safe in there and there are two zip-able pockets for those smaller items without being too small to remove functionality. ##### Folding it ##### Folding it and unfolding it is a doddle. Once the bag is open and laid out just turn the inner pocket inside out and then either shove the bag inside it or roll it all into the centre and tuck it in. The great thing is you can be as neat or scrappy as you want and it will fit in fine. It folds into a small circle just bigger than your palm so not too big and not soo small, similar to a foldable shopping bag. There is a handy loop attached to it so you can clip it to something else if you’re using it as a backup or secondary bag. ##### Conclusion ##### I would easily recommend this bag to anyone. I have put mine through it’s paces over the last few months and it hasn’t let me down yet. It can certainly be used with lightweight laptops on the smaller scale but don’t let its size fool you, you can get a lot in it.

Great for weekends away where you need to travel lighter than usual. Good size pockets on side for 2 water bottles. I can fit plenty in it eg couple of rounds of sandwiches and snacks, our two light raincoats (pac a mac style), purse, phone, portable charger, pack of wipes etc with room to spare. Goes easily and tidily back into its zipper storage bag which serves as a good size internal pocket when using the bag. Front zip pocket handy to keep purse and phone easily accessible. It’s a very soft light bag so don’t expect it to stand upright well but that’s the only slight “con” I can think of. Seems well made and is comfortable enough for a full day’s wear. Not for super heavy loads I don’t suppose but it’s not intended for that.

**Q: I can’t seem to unpack the bag from the reverse packed version in which it is delivered to me. Are there some instructions to help me do this?**
A: Unzip the reversed packed pouch that the bag is packed into and then pull the bag (backpack) out from this - note that you will need to fully unzip all zips as they are partially closed when packed on delivery. The pouch then becomes an inside pouch within the larger backpack. This pouch needs to be folded inside out as does the backpack itself - which will then be the correct way round. Packing the bag away back into the pouch is the revers of the above. It may seem a bit fiddly at first but it's easy once you get the hang of it.

**Q: Does the back side protect the back? Is it well cushioned and isolated? I wouldn't like feeling corners and angles of whatever I'm taking.**
A: No cushioning but I didn't notice this as a problem using the pack daily for a fortnight in the tropics. Judicious packing might help. I found it light, capacious for what it is and ideal as a day pack.

**Q: One of the side photos shows wheels but I assume this is an error as it is a rucksack?**
A: This image demonstrates the folded rucksack packed into hand luggage, hence the wheels. You can see it inside the wheeled suitcase.

**Q: Would a football fit in the bag?**
A: I don't think so.
