I'd say that's a reasonable estimate depending on all your environmental factors. I poured a half inch layer last night thinking I'd have plenty of time to stir and shape my pigments when I got up in the morning, because that would only have been about 8 hours, so it should've been gelled but not hard yet. Went out to the shop this morning to find some of my pour had already hardened to the point of no return. Still got some nice patterns and color blending, but would like to have stirred up the metallic pigments for more vibrancy. But overall, I'm still very happy with the final results. I'll just keep in mind for next time to be available to work this epoxy at shorter time intervals. I will definitely purchase again. Always use a table top resin to seal projects though and this resin must be used for deep pours as it will not cover evenly when poured too thin. Just follow the instructions. It is just the right viscosity (at the proper temperature of 74 degrees or so) to flow, yet "thick" enough to leave some depth. Dries extremely clear. It has very good curing time, whereas others I have tried have taken days to cure.
