Well having puchased this item a few years ago - I learned a hard lesson last year buying a cheap £1 version that not only did not do such a good job but the residue left behind by the £1 is unbelieve and 1 year later still trying to get the residue off the doors. So...... spent a little extra and decided to comeback to old faithful....why oh why didn't do this in the first place! - Still works like a charm keeping the draught out , fits in nice with my cherry wood double glazing and more importantly when I remove it -it does not leave residue mess. Lesson learned - this is now my staple for every autumn/winter

I used two packs to seal three of my opening windows, the old seals had fallen out or disintegrated. I ran two lines of seal one on the inner window frame the other outer part of the window. No draughts even in strong winds, it stuck well to the timber frames, as to how it lasts I'll have to wait and see.

I bought this hoping to keep out some of the draft in my apartment, especially with the gas/electric prices increasing so much. It arrived promptly and I followed the instructions advising to clean the area beforehand and allow to dry completely before application of the product. The tubing was easy to put up, but for some reason some of it didn't stay up and I had to resort to super glue, which I have to say has done the trick. That said it has helped with the drafts from the window, so I don't need the heating on quite so high or for so long. Overall good product. Just as an aside I bought the brown tubing, and it can be hardly seen against my windows, which is cosmetically good too!

Most of this stuck on pretty well, despite the shortage of instructions on which way round it should go. Just one bit refusing to stay stuck, so will have to replace it or use glue. Keeps out noise but not all the cold. May need a curtain as well.

Amazing cheap solution to draughty windows and doors. We recently purchased a 1930s art deco property with single glazed windows and doors, all timber framed with steal window inserts. My brother in law recommend these to me which have made a huge difference once all the frames were sealed. The roll comes as pictured and depending on the size of your frame/gap the strips can be easily torn so that you can just use one strip, 2 strips if the gap is wider and obviously 3 strips if you have a big gap. You can also lay one strip on top of another if there is still cold air coming through once you have laid the first. Make sure you thoroughly clean where you intend to stick the tape as dust and dirt will prevent the adhesive from sticking. If you make a mistake it can easily be pealed off and re-laid.

Easy to use/apply this product and so far it seems to have achieved the desired effect, i.e. reduce the draught from around the door it was applied to.

Fait le job pour pas très cher. Hyper facile à poser et les fenêtres sont parfaitement étanches aux courants d'air.

Guarnizione Tesa Moll P-Profile 10m colore marrone Guarnizione adesiva in silicone, larga 9mm e può coprire spazi da 2mm a 5mm. Cercavo una guarnizione per diminuire le infiltrazioni di aria e rumore della camera su finestre in legno. Devo dire che è perfetta, aderisce bene, poco dopo l'applicazione si può anche staccare per riposizionarla meglio. Il passaggio di aria e del rumore è già diminuito.

Das selbstklebende Tür und Fensterdichtungsprofi von Tesa Moll bevorzuge ich den deutlich günstigeren Angeboten auf dem Markt. Entscheidend ist hierbei für mich die Klebkraft, mit der ich auch nach drei Jahren kein Problem habe und das Dichtungsmaterial selber, welches ebenfalls noch schadfrei ist. Man sollte die Dicke des Dichtungsmaterial beachten, sie beträgt im maximal komprimierten Zustand noch gut 2mm, da geht nicht mehr jede Tür zu. Bei größeren Spalten jedoch eignet sich das Material sehr gut. Ideal ist es in meinen Augen bei einem Spalt von 3-4 mm. Die Randbereiche der Herstellerangaben (2-5 mm) werden nicht ideal bedient. Bei 2 mm ist teilweise recht viel Druck nötig, bei 5mm ist die Dämmung noch nicht optimal. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Das Material hält gut und die Klebkraft ist auch nach 3 Jahren noch gegeben. Ob die Lebensdauer des Herstellers von 8 Jahren erreicht wird ist unklar, aber nicht unwahrscheinlich. Il sigillante funziona bene se posato su supporto in metallo, ma se fatto aderire al legno si stacca dopo qualche minuto.
