can this product be used on felt roofing

yes, works very well, ensure roofing material is dry and remove all debris first, use two coats and allow for 24 hours between and you will have no problems. Use cheap brushes and throw away after each coat!!!

Does it need primer for asbestos

You should never brush this onto any asbestos as brushing will release asbestos fibres which will end up in your lungs, especially if the surface is dry!

can it be painted over with solar reflective paint?

Yes it can be overpainted with Solar Reflective Paint.

Can you tile over this once dry?

This is a flat roof coating and is not intended to be in lieu of sarking felt on a pitched and tiled roof. Use lapped underfelt for pitched and then tiled roofs, hope this helps, Tim
