Q: Hi. Where is the charge port located? Doe the unit power up as soon as plugged in to power, or do you still need to switch unit on?

Thanks for your question. The charging port is located along the grey bit at the bottom of the speaker. The port is located to the side not on the bottom, so can be plugged in and still stand up. The unit will not come on automatically when plugged in, you would have to physically press the power button for the unit to turn on.

The speaker can connect to any Bluetooth enabled device that allows you to connect a Bluetooth speaker to it.
