Spend way too much time outside in the sun, and even after keeping hydrated, I found out that I was still cramping up at night, because I needed to replace all the Electrolytes, I sweated out during the day... I was shocked at what these did for my husband!! My husband is pushing 40 and pretty active. He plays beach volleyball at a fairly competitive level and loves to play in tournaments. The problem is, no matter how much water or sports drink he consumes during a tournament he would get severe cramps in his back and legs (mostly after playing). A friend of ours recommended these, and we recently played in a tournament that lasted for 7 hours in 90+ degree heat. My husband took 1 before the tournament, and 1 after, and for the first time in 2 years had zero cramping both during, and after the tournament. He was feeling so good he even went out for a few beers afterwords. We definitely recommend these for anybody that's even remotely active.

I took one capsule a day for two days, and it made me severely constipated. I felt no symptoms of dehydration, which was good. I may have to experiment with dosing to minimize the constipation.
