I started getting severe knee pain about 6 months ago, I have taken cod liver oil since my 30's but only recently bought this brand, after 2 weeks I was walking to my car and realised the pain was completely gone!!, I cant say it was definitely the capsules that did it but it seemed like a big coincidence, anyway I continue to take them and the pain hasnt returned.
