I had a trip planned and found type of product was available. I had never seen one before, & had to get this bundled set. A true sense of added security. Never a bad thing. I have already thought of several ways to use the door stops around the house, as well. Useful not only in the house, but outside, temporally. Though these are not made for outdoor use. WORKED WELL. EASY TO USE!

I use this on my home front door every night. We tried to use it in our hotel room door recently. But the door system was weird and it did not workout. The door latch and deadbolt worked together in the slot. Happy camper and I recommend it.

Ordered this after a weekend away to use in future hotels. We've attempted to use it 3 times now and the door locking piece hasn't fit into a single door. I attempted to use it with a bathroom door in my house and not the pieces that are supposed to go in the door don't fit. The door wedge piece is EXTREMELY LOUD and is terrifying to use for fear of accidently triggering it. I was optimistic that I could use it at my job as an extra safety since it came in a two pack but now I'm not optimistic that it'll fit that door either. Might have to pass of off in a white elephant gift exchange or just donate it to good will.

Please make sure you check your door frame to make sure you get the right lock for your door. Make sure your door opens inward, into the home. The door stop fits perfectly under the door! I'm glad it had an alarm on it. It is great having this added bit of protection.

Works. I didn’t read instructions so the lock took some time to put it on right, but once it was on it was very effective . The door stop noise is piercing loud. Requires 9v batteries

We purchased these and used them on a recent trip. They are very small to pack and easy to use while at the same time providing great piece of mind. Many years ago, our young family was awakend in the middle of the night by a highly intoxicated individual opening the door to our hotel room (he somehow had a key to our room). Luckily we had the door chained and he was unable to fully open it. He did have enough room to stick his arm and face through while screaming obsenities at us and telling us to get out of his room! I think with time he could have easily broken the little chain. I had to fight to get the door back closed and hold it until he left while my kids were all scared. Although we are all older now it is not an experience I want to live through again! Had I used this device at that time he would not have been able to get the door open at all. In addition, if the floor alarms are also used and depressed then it would probably make a sound loud enough to scare away any unwanted visitors. I highly recommend this if you are a frequent traveller!

It didn’t fit the door I was wanting it to, however, it is exactly as advertised and looks to work well!
