Product is good, seller attitude very positive
Product is as good as reviewed online, no more no less. Seller’s (Global ME) attitude towards customer is very positive. The bag was missing in initial shipment, and they shipped it asap extra.

It’s clearly advertised to have a case, mine came without one, that doesn't cause much of a problem but it was frustrating. Please add the case if you are advertising it.

Not the newest Garlic OS version, but otherwise no complaints...
It states in the Amazon listing that this is the RG35XX with a 2600MAh battery — I got the grey version so I have no way to test it officially but so far the battery seems cool and lasts for hours. It charged in ~ an hour and a half. The controls are fine — no issues with the D-Pad whatsoever!! It is the perfect handheld. UNLOCK THE KERNEL, ANBERNIC!! THE HYPOCRISY!! Overall a good experience with this reseller though. Unfortunately, they didn't pack it all that safely (only one of the two included air packing inserts was still inflated upon delivery — thankfully it was arrived safely because it was packed inside the nicer than expected zipper hardcase). The Garlic OS installation process is a bit janky, but since I got it working I have no complaints. It truly blows my mind, this little beast. WIFI be damned, this is an offline device and I much prefer it that way. If I want to futz about, I have my RG351V — the RG35XX is for serious gaming on the go. This will be my everyday carry handheld until something truly bests it. A cheapo Miyoo Mini Plus is not the device that wins against the RG35XX, IMHO. ©️©️©️©️©️ out of a possible ©️©️©️©️©️

Edit/fix: great for 3 days, issues after
Worked great for about 3 days, recommended it to a few people and now suddenly I can’t load any recent saves and i’m unable to make new save data, for any game. Just says something about an archive failure. Enjoyed for a few days but isn’t usable to me anymore. EDIT: I found a fix. Reload a (way) earlier game and re-save. The original messed up file is still corrupted but now works fine if i avoid that file.
