I bought my wife one and she liked it so well that I bought me one. We use the laptops every day. They have so far worked perfectly, very fast and responsive.

There is a compatibility issue with windows and every time windows updates occur the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers get deleted. Not ok to have to reinstall every time the system upgrades. I have written the seller and received no response
