This is one of the best gifts I’ve ever bought for my grandkids. It was money well spent!! They play with this constantly when it is set up in the house, which is every other month or so. (Mom and Dad rotate their toys every few weeks.) They have had it for 2-1/2 years and it has held up very well. A couple seams have pulled apart but great-grandma, my mom, is great at this type of repair. The only complaint I have is that the tunnels don’t attach firmly to the large pieces so the balls constantly spill out. Soooo, mom and I recently attached adhesive Velcro to the tunnels and large piece openings and now there is absolutely no problem with ball spillage. It’s a bit tricky to fold to put in the storage bag, so keep the directions that come with it. This is a great set at an amazing price.

This product is easy to put together. Took me less than 5 minutes to get it all out of the box and tied together. My 3 year old loves playing in this. I think folding it back down will be tricky but it comes with instructions. We've only had it two weeks and we will see how it lasts through the summer. It's made of tent-like material and might tear but so far so good. Price is excellent and kids love it.

This item was a really good item. We purchased it 2 years ago and it has held up very well; no tears, no damage despite heavy use. I removed 1 star because it is a pain to close up into the ‘circle’ cases but they do fold flat which allows for easy storage.

Bigger than expected. Cheap and worth the small price. Very flimsy and tears easily, but it can take an 18 month old rough housing and an adult crawling through the tunnels. Very happy with it. Small price for a lot of fun and when it tears up get a new one. Love it.

My little loves this!!!! We bought two packs of the 60 balls to go with this. Still could use more balls.... but this is so easy to put up. Everything just kind of “pops” into place. Even the dog will run through the tubes lol. Also... tip: pull the tunnel pieces a little more through the hole so it stays in place (see second picture for reference). The only change I wish I could add would be a little lip on one of the tunnels to keep the balls from rolling into the tunnel and out of the ball pit section. This might make it hard for younger kids to crawl around though.

I was looking for something my son could do indoors at home. His birthday is in the winter and I couldn't have chosen a better gift. Easy to put together and it was the hit of the party. I had other games planned but didn't need them because all 8 kids loved the Hide N Side with ages ranging from 2-10. I bought 400 balls but I wouldn't purchase no more than 600. The only thing is, I wish there was a better way to connect the tunnels and ball pit together besides the ties but the children didn't seem to mind. Overall, I'm a happy customer who saved a lot of money by not having to rent a facility or buy an over priced party package which I have done in the past. If you are looking for something stress free and affordable for children, whatever occasion look no more.

i used this product three times and the wire frame already snapped and protruded from the lining. it is a sharp, jagged edge, so i needed throw that piece out... other than that, my kids liked it. not worth the cost

NOT missing ball pit. Due to packaging & I guess during shipping the ball pit part slid into one of the tunnels, it was so tightly pushed into the tunnel that even after opening tunnel the ball pit could not be seen! After my granddaughter played in one of the tunnels I looked inside and thought what the heck is a hoop doing in the tunnel, upon pulling the piece out I realized it was the entire ball pit piece I thought was missing! I know this may sound crazy but these pieces fold into themselves and when I opened the case there were only 4 pieces visible, the 5th piece, the ball pit was pushed flushed into the side of one of the tunnels . My almost 3 year old granddaughter loves the ball pit. Purchased 400 balls separately, 400 balls does not come close to filling up the ball pit, but she is still having fun and is enjoying this toy. Such a fun, versatile play option for a busy 15 month old boy stuck inside during these crazy times! Lots of combinations for this set - individual pieces or all connected - it keeps his attention for longer than most toys. We’ve even connected the set to another separate play tent we’d previously bought him and have gotten really creative with using the pop up tunnels for “hide-and-seek”. Great purchase!

Awesome! My husband hates clutter so I was unsure how he would react but they fold up sooooo easy. We bring out different parts of it here and there. Summertime we use it for birthdays it’s great

Bought this for my daughter (she’s about a year and a half). It was (and still is) a total win. She definitely has fun with it; it can be used in sections or together; the material is durable and has safety breathable mesh for all sections; it’s lightweight and compacts small for easy storage or travel. I would recommend that as soon as your kid can walk without any trouble, this would be perfect for them. Be warned though, all together this product is huge (it covers our entire living room), but I’m okay with that because it can be used in sections. My only slight complaint is that the sections come apart too easily. For example, when my daughter crawls through the tunnel section, sometimes it depresses itself from the other pieces, despite tying them together. Other than that, this product is great and I would say exactly as described.
