The End Times in Chronological Order

This is now one of my favorite books explaining the End Times in accordance with the Bible. If you have ever been confused regarding the order of end-time events, this is the best book I have read for that. Additionally, it explains each event thoroughly and list the multiple Bible references related to the particular topic. For example, for the topic that “Christ will literally and physically rule and reign on David’s throne from Jerusalem during the literal 1,000-year Millennial Kingdom”, the following Biblical references are given: 2 Samuel 7:12-13 & 22:51, Micah 4:1-5, Zephaniah 3:14-20, Zechariah 14, Psalm 72:8, Isaiah 9:6-7, Daniel 7:13-14, and others. All for this one topic. The whole book is like this. You can tell that this book was published in 2012 as the author was not fully aware of all history and technology since, but this does not detract from the book at all once you recognize this publishing date.

I am 2/3 of the way through this book, and heartily recommend it if you are wanting to understand end times prophecy better. The “in chronological order” in the title is what got my attention, and this book does not disappoint. Each end time event is laid out with a logical discussion of other viewpoints where necessary, and Dr Rhodes then explains why he believes which is the biblically correct viewpoint. I am looking forward to reading other books this man has written. He explains some of the Hebrew and Greek of the original language to help you understand concepts better. Well written and obvious personal study is reflected in this work. This book is definitely a keeper, and I expect I will reference it again in the future.

I can't put it down. This book is amazing. It is a must read for anyone that has a vested interest in End Times prophecy. This would serve as an excellent Sunday School lesson or as a Sermon.

Love this book. The writer is one of my favorites. Clear and easy to understand. Very important book for lovers of Bible prophecy.

I now have a much greater understanding of the rapture, the tribulation period, the thousand year reign, and the second coming. This book will help me make greater sense of the prophetic books of the Bible and Revelation the next time I read them. Ron Rhodes is a tremendous author who has a way of explaining the end times in a way that is very straightforward and understandable. I look forward to reading more books from this author.

An excellent book for an overview of the events of eschatology. Unashamedly written from a dispensational point of view and all the better for it. If you are unclear of the unfolding of forthcoming events, this is the book for you, if you already have a good understanding of the unfolding of forthcoming events, this is the book for you, either way it should be on your bookshelf. If you are of the opinion that we cannot know the lay out of prophecy I would suggest you study this book and prepare for the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to the truth of foretold events. Why is the last book of the Bible called Revelation? Because it is a revelation, an unveiling of future events. This things are not to be hidden but to be an encouragement to His people of the things which must shortly come to pass. God does not want us to be ignorant of the things He has written, Ron Rhodes is a gifted teacher whose work helps us in this matter. Rev 22:7 Behold, I (Jesus) come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. (Revelation)

Reading is subjective in terms of topic and content, this book has more of a biblical interpretation of historical prophecy. The writing style is what I would refer to as fluid with good coverage of the key content that comes up in prophetic conversations.

This was a real eye opener for me and puts things going on in the world into perspective. It also brings clarity into the end goal of the Christian walk and to know truly the good news of Gods ultimate redemption plan! I really really recommend this book !
