Firstly what can i say. I bought this from Amazon.com and it came within 7 days of purchase. I absolutely love the colour. I chose Dragonfly and its even more beautiful in person than in the pictures on the internet. Firstly the mug is a lovely size, the lid fits as it should, i have not tried it to see if its leak proof but for keeping my drinks hot i can honestly say after 6 hours i still have a really hot drink. I love all there choice of colours, Corkcicle are a really good make and you cant go wrong with this cup. One day I will see if it is leak proof but i bought this to keep my coffee hot at home and also when out camping and even though i remove the lid to drink my coffee the lid is fairly tight and its a pleasure to drink from such an elegant and beautifully made mug. I will be buying more.

Lovley mug keeps hot drinks for about 3hours and cold drinks from about 4 hours love the design and the ease of having the handle the rubber base helps it from falling over in the car

The corkcicle cups are great as we have others. However this one has arrived and is not in great condition at all. Very disappointed with the quality of the outside of this Mug.

So far the crystal clear lid has not appeared, perhaps it is invisibly clear!

The product was amazing however when it was delivered, it was damaged dented scratched and the package was opened a paper bag actually. It’s a shame it couldn’t have been packaged into a box.
