I bought this laptop for my son for his birthday last year and now not even 1 year later , it quit working. Hard drive crashed. I got the 2 year protection plan and they won’t help me and pushed me to HP for support. HP can’t help me and now I’m out of a laptop for my son. Not happy at all with this service of a protection plan.

The battery draining quickly! It automatically installed windows 11 which I did not want, after I selected not to install that update. I purchased mainly to do live Youtube videos but the camera is horrible! Also, no start button to select shut down. I searched a way but I have to just push the power button but I don't like to shut it down that way. I am most likely going to get my personal info off that you have to give while setting up and return the computer. I know these aren't major complaints but I expected a decent quality camera at least. And, why is the camera an app? Idk, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong before I send it back?.

It’s pretty good.. sometimes my mouse disappears but I was able to figure that out. Would recommend

I got this pc because I needed an upgrade from my old laptop. I was reluctant since it was a "renewed" pc, but ignored my gut and got it anyway. Upon first look and setup the computer was very nice and just what I wanted. The day after I got it, it started throwing error screens. Two or Three days after I got it, it started randomly crashing and then restarting. It did this 4-6 times over two days. I called my computer repair guy to ask him his thoughts and he advised me to return it because that wasn't normal.If you're going to get this pc, be prepared to take it to someone to have it reworked and possibly pay what you spend to fix it.
