This stuff is amazing for clearing a blocked nose fast. The mist is fine and doesn't drip down your throat. However, be very careful: do not use it for more than 3 days. If you use it longer, you risk rebound congestion (your nose gets blocked again worse than before). Great for quick relief, just don't overdo it!

This works well, a little sting when using but worth it to breath

This works so well at clearing my sinuses, I use no other, but it may increase your dependency on it, I definitely need it as I can't stand having a stuffy nose, it's awful not being able to breathe properly and this spray relieves my sinuses in minutes. I recommend.

I bought this for my mom, but end up using it, it feels so cold and it cools down any ichy-ness and helps with minor allergy.

Works well

My doctor recommended this for migraines caused by barometric pressure. Didn't take away my migraine, but I have been breathing MUCH better and will continue to use it for sinus pressure.
