cheap as chips and your are getting more than value for money
replacement of an intermittent cable that was causing lots of problems on our answerphone. it sounds like a brand new phone now. i'm simply stunned.

This fitted into the telephone socket in the handset of my landline. Working wonderfully as a replacement for a broken cable. It has an RJ 11 plug on each end. Perfect replacement cable for attaching a handset to a landline phone

Good product, poor customer service.
competitive price, fixed the issue, and fast delivery. However when I tried to contact them regarding an invoice I had no response after messaging twice and having no response I contacted Amazon who contacted them on our behalf, unfortunately they ignored Amazons request as well. My concern would be if you received a faulty product would you get the same very poor customer service, if any ??? This is the reason for my low star rating, it has no bearing on the product that was good.

I hadn't realised that a length of one metre actually refers to the length of the coiled wire, rather than its practical length. So the product is rather shorter than I had hoped. but not to worry - it fits the bill OK.
