It's enough for two discs as a maximum but then they fall out because there's not enough space to put the stopper.

This is my enital review without trying it at the gym. Weight is 497 grams which comes out to 1.096 pounds. Definitely clean, machined and solid construction.

Bought it for my wife so she could add smaller weight amounts to the cable machine at the gym. She says it works perfectly to add smaller amounts of weight and sometimes she can add a little more than what is on the weight stack. Pin is strong, but not too heavy. You can’t get that with the cheaper pin adapters. Overall she is very happy with the GymPin!
