When that is done I take out my cold pack, set it flat on the counter (sometimes prop 1 side up against the bowl too) and make my guacamole.....The good stuff comes out perfect! Green, tasty, cold, and no browning! Yes I add a bit of lemon to keep it from browning longer too, but with the cold pack and the cold bowl I dont have to cover and refrigerate the guac for a little while if I want seconds for my taquitos and such. Learned this in PT. **Q: whats the difference between Black or blue?** A: The blue is definitely less durable. Had for less than a month and leaks brown goo all over. My PT uses the black ones as they had the same issue with the blue leaking. Wish I knew before I wasted my money on the blue one. Very disappointed. **Q: How do I access the warranty? I have had mine for 4 months and use it maybe once a week and it has began to leak its gel/fluid. Please replace.** A: I've had two of these that eventually formed seam leaks. I've found one way to seal the leaks. After cleaning all the material that leaked, squish the filler away from the seam so the leak area can be pressed without leaking more. Lay a continuous bead of superglue on the cover, 1/4" to 1/2" beyond the leak. Then cut a patch a little bigger than the superglue bead from a thinner rubber glove.
