What I love about these cards, is they are easy to carry with you. Sturdy and semi-waterproof. Easy to read, and understand. Best trainer cards out there and the price is awesome. I solely believe in fitness and knowledge being readily available to whomever wants to learn. These are helping me learn the basics and I am trying to memorize them to be able to help others in the future. I love the pictures of the muscle groups the workouts focus on, and the quantity of reps you can do. Great job!! Thank you for such a cool product. These little weights are great for those times when I want to strengthen smaller muscles and refinement is needed. I'm surprised I use them as much as I do. They are easy to add to and remove from my dumbbells. In short, they work as expected and really come in handy.
