Kid/Teen M/L was a great fit for a tall, slender 10-year-old. Velcro is good quality and the colorway is awesome. Seems like it will do the intended job of keeping body more or less intact. Kid reports, "I thought my gear would look lame, but I look like a superhero!"

They work perfectly. Didn’t get hurt at all, until I landed on my back. But that wasn’t preventable lol. And they’re really cute.

This is a complete set of pads ideal for a beginner skater. They are well made, and were carefully and neatly packed in a reusable storage bag. The color is fun and they seem to be of good quality. I've worn them, and found them comfortable for my amount/level of speed and exertion, but haven't fallen on them yet. So I can't give firsthand feedback on their fall protection. I'll update this if (when?) they experience use in a fall. The only small issue is that the palm portion of the wrist guards isn't quite tight enough on me- everything else fits quite well, and the wrist portion of the wrist guard is fine. Perhaps I have oddly narrow hands? It's easily addressed with some additional velcro sewed on the strap to give a longer surface for stretching it tighter, and it's nothing I'd fault the manufacturer for or send them back over. They fit in a protective way, I'd just find them a little more comfortable if they had that extra inch of tightening at the palm. For those comparing sizes, I am 5'8", about 195 lbs, and ordered the L/XL. I don't think I would want to go smaller in the knee pads, and as I mentioned the wrist section of the hand guard fits well.

I wear between a size 10-12 and have large calf muscles. The elbow and knee pads fit well, I can slip the sleeve on either leg or arm and place the velcro strap fully closed. Very comfortable. The hand braces were a bit wide for my hand, but they are true to the measurements, so no surprise. I got the L/XL to ensure they would fit around my legs and arms, I was just over the L size in both measurements. Knee and Elbow pads were my biggest concern while riding my bicycle. If the hands had fit it would have been a bonus. Overall I am very pleased with the comfort and fit my purchase . They seem sturdy and well made. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family

This set of protective gear is ideal because the fabric is durable, thick, and has a beautiful color. What I liked most is that the elastic band protects the entire area and prevents you from getting injured.

My 7 year old daughter loves these pads for skating. She said they are very comfortable with the lining. They do not slip or rub the back of her knees and elbows like other protective pads. I am very impressed with the quality and price!

The elbow and knee pads are fine, but within 2 months the wrist guards were coming apart.
