Nice upgrade for you vise
I haven't had a chance to use these yet but they seem to be well made. Fit the vise perfectly and I like the two different styles. The magnets are also strong but still easy to remove. Should work well for my gunsmithing needs.

Good quality
These are actually pretty good. They fit my vise perfectly and after some testing, didn't make any marks on pieces I secured onto the vise. The material is not a really hard plastic and has enough flex to hold pieces in place. The magnets are strong enough to keep it in place and requires little to no effort to mount. Just remove when you're done, simple as that

The rubber component is very strong. The magnets are not.

Very Good with One Drawback
These are great but... They fit my vice perfectly, the magnets hold very well and the grooves to hold different shapes are fantastic. The pads will really protect sensitive items held in the jaws. The only drawback is that the pads are wide and really narrow up my vice jaw opening. I found this out yesterday when I tried to use them while waxing my skis. With the pads in the jaws to protect the skis, the skis were too wide for the open space between the jaws.
