Updating my review to five stars. After my initial purchase, the seller offered me a refund (with no strings attached). So I reordered and I'm so glad I did. This stuff is AMAZING! My very picky 4yo loves the taste and I love how great it works. She falls asleep within 30 minutes and stays asleep all night. We were using gummy melatonin before so I was a little worried about switching to chewable but it was easy. Original review: This came with no inner seal so I'm not able to give it to my 4 year old. And there's no option to return or replace.

I was hesitant to give this to my daughter. A friend recommended this and it worked like a charm. The best part is this is not a sleeping substitute, I noticed my daughter didn’t actually fall asleep unless she was relaxed and ready for bed. My daughter always has had issues going to bed at a decent bedtime, when I started giving her melatonin she is going to sleep at a reasonable bedtime.

Well first of all their was not 120 tablets, their was 98. I let that go and had my kids try them. My 5 year old almost started choking and spit it out. She said it was gross. My older daughter did not witness this. I then gave it to my almost 7 year old and she had the same reaction. We've used the gummy ones in the past and they liked those. This one they said is the absolute worst. They've used many brands too. Unfortunately it says I'm not able to return these. I didn't realize that when I purchased them. It's really unfortunate because aside from the taste being bad, it was missing tablets. Big waste of money! I would steer clear of this brand!

These chewable tablets contain 1 mg of melatonin, as well as sugar, a "proprietary blend" of chamomile flower & lemon balm leaf extract, and a few other ingredients. The instructions say to chew one tablet, or for people 12 and over, up to 3 tablets may be consumed 1/2 hour before bedtime. I chewed three of them to test them out. The taste is pleasant, fruity, and not overly sweet. The tablets dissolve quickly and easily. They will definitely need to be kept out of reach of children, because they could be mistaken for candy. They did make me very sleepy shortly after going to bed, so I do believe they are effective for helping you to fall asleep. I didn't feel groggy or tired in the morning, so there are no lingering aftereffects. I would start children out with only one tablet to see if that was effective. These tablets taste very nice and are easy to use since they don't need to be swallowed, so they can be used by everyone in the family (provided there are no other medications or conditions that might conflict with them, of course). The bottle contains 120 tablets, so they should last a while!

I tend not to take melatonin, so i am unsure if that makes a difference in effectiveness of the 1mg dosage of melatonin but I feel that this did help me fall asleep roughly 30mins to an hour or so of taking. This is not just a melatonin pill it is a combination of Melatonin, L theanine, Chamomile and Lemon Balm Extract. Though it is a chewable tablet which is great I wouldn't say that the pill has a mixed berry taste as the bottle says, it had more of a weird lemon taste to which might have had to do with the lemon balm ingredient. Not the best taste but also not horrible. The reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is due to the other ingredients sugar being listed first (the bottle does't break down how much sugar is in the pill) and when looking at the pills in tbe bottle there were a lot of powder and some chipped pills.
