I travel internationally several times a year, and finding a reliable, all-in-one travel adapter is always a challenge. I decided to try the TESSAN Universal Travel Adapter on my latest trip, and I am SO glad I did. It’s the best travel adapter I’ve ever used! Here's why: 1. Bought this for our US holiday, and it was great - and also works right across Europe & Scandinavia, (NB this DOES NOT change voltage - so check any devices you are using this with can work at 110V if you are going to USA - this plug just accepts the AC input, and then converts to DC USB voltage, or a socket on the back of the plug at the same voltage as the plug at the front. One word of caution specific to USA - the sockets in the USA are always a bit rickety, and because it is a bit heavier, this plug adapter falls out of the socket quite easily, meaning 2 things; 1 - you need to sort-of support it when plugging in to an upright wall socket - whereas a couple of cheaper USB adapters I bought are much lighter and don't have that problem 2 - there is no easy way of knowing if this plug is getting power if you are using as a charger, without checking with the charged device - and sometimes it starts charging, then the rickety US sockets budge, and the charging stops - a nice light on it when getting current might be nice, (as the 2 much cheaper adapters we bought as back up, have). Overall I DO recommend this device - it is well made, and super-versatile - I was really impressed with it. It is light, and does not have any protruding "prongs" when you are packing your luggage - I wish we'd had this last year when we did a tour right across Europe - because it is so versatile. Hope this is useful, and I do recommend this.

The adapter is a bit weighty, but no issues. Pity though it did not come with a travel bag at this price point. It is approx 2" wide on each side and 2 .25" tall approx. It covers most of the known world and looks well built. Have tested all its functions out using the UK adapter and it works very well. No issues with charging my iPhone or Mac. It describes the charging arrangements on the plug, so you know what's what. It is fused so that gives a level of protection, just have to remember to carry spare fuse with me, though it does contain a spare, just above the fuse holder, nice.

It is really well made, quickly charges, doesn’t overheat, is durable and small.

Used this to travel Asia! Love the fact the plug end retracts away when not use! It saves you piercing things in your luggage. It has super quick charging speeds meaning your phone is definitely charged for the day ahead (a must when travelling) great valve for money! The usb ports are a dream as you don’t need to carry a usb plug, and can charge multiple devices at once!

Like this travel adapter, good size good weight for what it is and does, I travel a lot mainly uk but I take it on holidays Coupled with a good 100w usb c to c cable and it’ll will charge any thing and can be of use absolutely anywhere Would recommend looks sturdy well made and should last years One thing and it’s not the plugs fault is a lot of hotel sockets are postioned low down to a hard surface so plug your charge lead in before you plug into to wall socket as most of the charge ports are in the bottom of the plug

bought to use in China and australi mainly as others ones i had were more european based. they worked as described and had no problem using it, the item itself was very small and compacted, which fit nicely in a suitcase to save space. so far it is showing that is durable and ca be used safely around the world as described. i have not however tried charging multiple devices at the same time so can not comment on what the heat level is when using it for a long period.
