I bought this for my elderly parents so they could check the time during the night,It does the job well,nice and lightweight so easy to hang on the wall or it can also be used freestanding on a shelf or any flat surface as the battery compartment on the back doubles as a stand.. Brightness is just right for nighttime viewing, bright enough too see but not so bright it lights up the whole room. Its not easy to see in the daytime especially with sunlight but as its designed for nighttime use thats fine. Cant comment on battery life as ive only had it a few weeks but as its not that bright i would expect decent battery's too last a long time. Overall its been a good buy . Update, well its been 7 months now and the rechargeable batteries i first used are still going strong despite being quite old ones so battery life appears to be excellent.

This really is excellent. Adjustable brightness, easy to set and the perfect size for my wall. I don't have a light on in the living room the evening and tried a couple of "luminous" clocks that just were not visible at all. This does the job perfectly. Takes 4 AA batteries but they are supposed to last around 12 months so not a problem. Highly recommended purchase. Very happy.

Easy to read in the dark so ideal for bedroom.

For the price, this is a great value for money little LED Clock. It does gain about 5 mins a month, but that's easy enough to change. Easy to read at night across a decent size room, but maybe a little too bright for the side of a bed. Can't comment on alarm, not used.

I’ve been searching for a clock for the bedroom wall that could be seen at night without lighting up the room too much. This one is perfect at last. Small thin numbers in a gentle green, big enough to read across the room, and the room remains dark. Easy to set up too.

Certainly not worth the money buttons are clunky. The brightness is poor on every setting. Dont waste your money it only got 1 star because there isn't a zero option

Large display that is ideal to check the time at night in a dark room. I use it in the bedroom where I can read it from across the room. Not too bright so does not keep me awake. Not good in a bright room but that is not what most people would want it for.

A big wall clock with variable brightness red digits to go in our sauna changing room to be read, without glasses, through the glass door. Perfect. Beats the heck out of the egg timer. Arrived super fast and it was easy to hang on the wall after careful measuring and use of a spirit level. The star missing is only because it arrived with no instructions at all. The time-setting procedure was therefore hit and miss before eventual success. Also, it is by no means slim, sitting proud of the wall by about 400mm.

Rezension bezieht sich auf "ChaoRong Digital LED Wecker Wanduhr für Schlafzimmer nur mit Batterie betrieben (Schwarze) " Gesucht wurde eine formschöne Uhr, die im (Camping-) Schlafzimmer hängt und für Nachts unbedingt rote Ziffern, wegen der sonst eventuell vorhandenen Blendwirkung haben sollte. Ebenfalls sollten die Ziffern aus 2,5 Metern Entfernung noch gut abzulesen sein. Ein weiteres Kriterium war der reine Batterie Betrieb ohne Netzanschluss. Was soll ich sagen, gesucht und mit diesem Modell gefunden. Der Kunststoff fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an, ebenfalls keinerlei üble Chemie Gerüche beim Auspacken. Die Anleitung ist groß genug gedruckt und erklärt alles Notwendige. Das man das Blinken der Punkte abschalten kann, ist sehr schön und habe ich auch sofort gemacht. Die Helligkeit auf mittlerer, werkseitig eingestellter Stufe finde ich sehr angenehm. Man blickt Nachts auf die reinen Ziffern, ohne dass alles drumherum hell erleuchtet ist. Zudem ist auch tagsüber die Helligkeit hoch genug, um ohne Problem die Uhrzeit erkennen zu können. Nutze die Uhr erst seit dem 12.11.2017, bis jetzt geht die Uhr genau. Ein Funkempfänger für den täglichen Uhrzeitabgleich und Umstellen Sommer/Winterzeit wäre natürlich perfekt gewesen. Dies wäre dann natürlich wieder auf die Batterie Laufzeit gegangen. Stichwort Batterie Laufzeit. Ich erhoffe mir durch die eingelegten 4x(!!) AA Batterien natürlich eine sehr lange und damit "wartungsfreie" Laufzeit. Ob sie wirklich, wie in der Artikelbschreibung, ein Jahr beträgt, muss noch bewiesen werden. Kurzer Hinweis, die Batterien sind (wie üblich) nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Fazit: Wer die gleichen Ansprüche hat wie ich, die ich oben beschrieben habe, für den gibt es für diese Uhr eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Für den Preis in Höhe von 24,79€ top. Ich bin begeistert.

Compre el reloj para una persona dependiente. El producto cumple con el objetivo de permitir ver la hora por la noche sin tener que tocar / activar nada. Así mismo al ir a baterías no hay que preocuparse por el cable de alimentación El brillo es limitado pero no se pretende iluminar la habitación. Espero que con unas buenas pilas funcione durante 12 meses como dice la propaganda. El ajuste de hora podía ser un poco más intuitivo ... Pero el producto cubre una necesidad, la oferta es pequeña ... Todo ello me hace clasificar lo como producto recomendable en casos semejantes al que yo tenía que resolver

Got this to replace a 45 year old digital clock that gave up the ghost. This unit has a 3 level brightness control but even on max, not that bright in a well-lit room but perfect in a bedroom. No cord. Runs on batteries. I'm using rechargeables and thought the LED display would quickly run them down but not so. It's been going for weeks. Very plain styling meaning it should go with any decor. Easy to set. You'll be able to read the time at a distance thanks to the large digits. What more could you want?

Remplit sa fonction: chiffres grands permettant de voir l'heure de loin et avec une luminosité idéale de jour comme de nuit. Pour le moment cela fait 1 bon mois d'utilisation et les piles ne montrent pas de signe de fatigue contrairement à mon ancienne réveil qu'il fallait réalimenter tous les 10 jours! Je recommande.

I wanted a clean and simple clock (time only) that would be readable when I looked over on a shelf at the opposite side of my bed on my sailboat. While sleeping on my boat in preparation for a watch, it is nice not to have to put on glasses and find my phone or watch to see the time. I like that it is red so it doesn't destroy my night vision and it alters brightness automatically from day to night. I'm super picky, and anything that doesn't pass muster gets jettisoned off the boat. This one has earned a place on our boat. Very happy with my purchase.
