Does bakuchiol really work like retinol, and what exactly is it?

Yes. Bakuchiol is a plant-based retinol alternative from the Babchi plant. It supports smoother-looking skin, even tone, skin renewal, and reduced appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots - without typical retinol-related irritation.

Is this serum safe for sensitive skin? Are there any side effects?

It is a gentle alternative to harsh retinoids and suits all skin types, including sensitive, dry, oily, combination, and mature skin. Non-clogging and free of parabens, sulfates, silicones, and synthetic fragrance. Patch test if very reactive.

How long before I see anti-aging results?

Many customers notice softer, more hydrated, smoother-looking skin within the first week. In a 4-week third-party clinical trial, users showed reduced moisture loss and improved overall skin condition. Use daily AM and/or PM for 2–4 weeks.

Are the ingredients really organic? What is in the formula?

Yes. It is made with USDA Certified Organic botanicals and is cruelty-free. This lightweight blend combines bakuchiol, Babchi seed oil, sunflower, jojoba, sea buckthorn, camu camu, maple leaf, and vitamin E to hydrate and support skin renewal.

Is it greasy? How do I use it, and can I wear it under makeup?

Apply 3–4 drops to clean, slightly damp skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Gently pat in, then follow with moisturizer. This lightweight oil serum layers well under SPF or makeup, is safe for daytime use, and one 1 fl oz bottle lasts 1–2 months.
