I’ve started taking these Hollegend Valerian Root Gummies, and they’ve really helped me relax before bedtime. I notice I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer without feeling groggy the next morning. The gummies are easy to take, and the texture is soft and chewy. When I tell you the taste of this gummy is so good.. wow. It just makes the experience even more pleasurable. I love these sleepy gummies. I work night shifts and come home late so sometimes it's hard to shift into a restful state of mind. But these have really helped me to unwind, and when I take them I can feel my muscles relaxing, my mind being silenced, and all of a sudden I am sound asleep. I usually only take 2 but there are times I've taken 3-4 depending on my stress level and if I am able to sleep in the next day. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. Not groggy, which was always a problem for me when taking melatonin.

These are pleasant-tasting and have a good texture, and there is no weird aftertaste. They are not overly sweet like some gummies are. Best part of all, these have been a game changer for me. I am finally off the nightly Benadryl, and this product is giving me the best sleep of my adult life. I'm having deep REM sleep with vivid dreaming and I wake up feeling recharged. Don't take more than 3 or you will feel a little drunk when you get out of bed in the morning. I love these so much that I have them on a recurring delivery schedule.

I loved these for some time, they tasted good and worked well to help me fall asleep. Unfortunately there was a change in the ingredients in the past month which I realized after noticing that my most recent order tasted different. I quickly spit them out and checked the ingredients on the new bottle, and saw that corn syrup was listed where it wasn't there before. . I am allergic to corn. Unfortunately I will not be able to purchase these anymore.

Fantastic product. The gummies taste nice, so no arguments come bed time. They have been wonderful for child - making the way our family flows much more manageable. Thank you!
