Receive healthy plant

The plant received with leaves drooping and also in wrong type of soil (highly sticky clay, which isn't the well drained that Loquat needs, by any stretch of imagination) - and when washed the soil off for replanting, found that there are no active growing roots, a very small stretch of brown root, just the tap and a few branches, all dark brown. It clearly explains the withered condition of the plant, despite the clay being still wet. Chances of survival is bleak, I am crossing my fingers.

Planted the Luqaat about a month back. It has started growing as you can see the small leaves on the apex. Will keep you updated. Given 2 stars as of now. Will keep revising as per progress. 2nd review - 16th September 20 - Plant is doing well. Grown to about 5 feet. Not much branching. February 21 update : Plant is now almost 6 feet tall. Healthy. I need to change the pot to a bigger one. Will keep you posted. Update : 3rd June 2021 - Plant is drying out. Don't know what has gone wrong. Will try to revive.
