It mixes well and easily with water even with a spoon. Though unflavoured and unsweetened it tastes good. It tastes exactly like unsweetened milk powder. No digestion issue for me at all.

writing after 2 weeks of daily use. Excellent product, easily digested, no heaviness, no bloating. I have seen positive impact on my energy levels during and post workout. Taste is like milk, blends well in water (i use a handhold coffee stirrer)
