The product seems to work fine for me. I haven't been having a mood swings, I haven't been Moody, I haven't been bloating or having any weird cravings. I do notice that I am awake more and not as tired so maybe it is really working this is my second bottle. If you're looking for some sense of relief for hormone balance it's worth a try.

What stood out to me is that they’re hormone-free, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO, and made in the USA. I also liked that they’re easy to take and didn’t upset my stomach. After consistently taking them, I noticed I felt more balanced overall, my energy felt steadier during the day, and I wasn’t reaching for snacks constantly. The biggest sign I liked them? I already finished one bottle and opened my second one. That says a lot for me. Cheaper than any script a dr would write , my skin looks healthier and has a glow .. I have seen results and improvement I can only speak for me and I’ve been using this for 3 months

Update: seller reached out to me to reconcile issue. I didn’t even reach out to them them first. That says a lot about them and that they stand by their product. Although it didn’t work out for me if you don’t have allergies it may work great for you. Original review: I like the ingredients in this supplement but for some reason it didn’t work out for my body. It made me very lightheaded and I felt like I was having an allergic reaction. I tried it three different times and even decreased the dosage but still had the same reaction. I tried to return but the item is non refundable.

I just started this product. I do not know that I’ve had any significant changes as far as my skin is concerned, but it does help my appetite. It helps me curve just eating altogether, sometimes I’ll find myself even around lunchtime still not even hungry so that a plus.

Big bottle. Could have contained a second bottle worth of capsules! No adverse effect for me.

I have been on a hormone healing journey for quite some time. Initially, I started trying to just clear my skin. I have come so far and learned a lot. I have not had any cystic acne a few years. Unfortunately, just a few weeks in and I am having a horrible cystic acne breakout. I won’t be finishing the bottle at this time. May try again if I’m feeling brave in a few months.

Took a few days to get used to but wow these are life changing for me. Going into my 40’s I’ve noticed some things changing and wanting to remedy them before it gets worse. This product works great! My hair and nails feel better. My skin is glowing. Intimate parts of life have been fantastic! Just overall feeling more energized during the day. I have a super sensitive stomach and I can take them with ease. No weird taste or smell. All good ingredients as I have celiac disease. Small easy to swallow pills is great. I’d love to try other stuff from this company!
