Solid, smooth toothbrush
Nice, rounded shape, stands steady, first charge needed after 1 moth of using, pressure sensor works as described, turns off after 2mins timer. It does everything what toothbrush should do. Not sure whether it has any unexpected features I should test. If I looked for the improvements I would like the timer to buzz every 30s to signal change of the cleaning zone (Philips water flosser does it and it's really helpful). Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

Comes with a USB plug!
I wanted a replacement for my time served Phillips tooth brush. However, it comes with a a charging lead with an USB plug. Who on earth has an USB plug in their bathroom, most would have sn international bathroom socket. Fortunately, my old one seems to work ok. No mention of this in the product description.

Beware this is not a brush with two settings.
I was happy with my previous sonicare which was a lot better for less money, with two settings three replacement and case, but unfortunately after 3 years I have accidentally dropped it on the floor and broke shaft. So I decided to buy another one; And I am disappointed Unfortunately this is not the one which is advertised and I expected. On the amazon's picture as it says there is two settings on it, but it is not. It makes it too expensive for its value.. Poor version of the sonicare toothbrush with just one cheap head (not the one on picture with two different areas) Looks like copycat The only pros is that it is lighter, so for travel better, however they not supply case with it. Also no power supply unit, just USB cable with charging stand

Is it me?
I was given this toothbrush, and a Waterpik, by my dentist after implant surgery. It was not to be used until the gums had healed and the final teeth were in place. So about 6 months after initial surgery. I use the Waterpik and get on fine with it, but the toothbrush - impossible. It is OK just on the face of the teeth, as they have no sensation, but as soon as I try to include the gums, as with implants you have to keep everything scrupulously clean - it is unbearably ticklish and painful at the same time. Painfully ticklish, if that makes sense. I have tried to persevere with it, but just can't, and gave it to my husband who already uses an electric toothbrush, a different brand. He doesn't find it uncomfortable, and says the battery life is very good. My dentist said just use it on the face of the teeth, and use the 'one tuft' manual toothbrush for the gumline, which I do after first using the waterpik and a regular toothbrush. But I feel I would still like to find an electric toothbrush I can use. The head seems rather large to me, so I'm looking for another with a different shaped head. I'm wondering if I have abnormally sensitive gums, which isn't something I've ever heard of. Just my luck.

When I received the toothbrush I was having a bad day. It came with a usb plug & was upset. Then I called their customer service department and they sent me a plug that I could use with no problem. Their customer service department is probably one of the best I have spoken to. They were very professional, courteous and really understanding. So I would definitely buy this again. Am sorry for writing a bad review when I was having a bad day. Thank you for understanding.

Almost exactly a year to the day after we bought two of these, one of them stopped fully recharging. I don't know how much longer it's going to last. That said, up until now they were great for travel, as they easily lasted for one week using 2-3 times a day.

she loved it so much as she has been wanting an electric toothbrush. This is not the most high end one but it is a good high quality start.
