Can't answer that I'm afraid, only ordered it once a year ago... I do remember they tasted awful though, you're better off buying something a little more expensive that'll taste better.

From memory approximately 4-5mm. They look beautiful when used on larger cakes and cupcakes. I’ve bought them a few times and will buy them again.
