Is this hypoallergenic.?

I have very sensitive skin, I have to use simple soap and sensitive skin antiperspirant, nothing with any perfume in it. I can use this dressing without any problems. I use it to cover a medical medication patch, it is on my skin for 3 days and I do not have any skin irritation when I remove it. It doesn't make my skin itchy or red. It is very good and is completely waterproof. An excellent product.

Can you use this in a swimming pool and keep the underneath completely dry?

Yes. I cover my hrt patch and have recently had a week in Spain, in the pool every day. The patch is still dry and doesn't move.

Can it be used over durogesic fentanyl patches as keep coming off in heat? nurses used something very similar in hospital when ward so hot

I do use it over durogesic/fentanyl with no side effects. My GP did warn me that the extra layer of film could heat the patch and make it distribute the fentanyl more quickly, but I’ve been using Opsite on durogesic patches for at least 10 years and never noticed any difference. Opsite definitely keeps the patches on in this summer heat, and also it stops the sweating, irritation and eczema I get from the patches in hot weather.

Anyone used this to cover over a Miao Miao with use with freestyle libre?

I use mine to cover libre. No problem whatsoever...stays in place whole two weeks....amazing stuff!
